SHIPPING
ALL purchases will be shipped within 2 business days of the completed online transaction. All packages will be sent via Unites States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping costs are included in the final price upon checkout, so there are no hidden fees or surcharges which will apply anytime after.
RETURNS
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable. Once a gift card is purchased, it is custom processed by Major Car Wash to your specific order and cannot be reversed. Gift Cards can be used at any of our locations and have ABSOLUTELY NO EXPIRATION DATE, THEY WILL NEVER EXPIRE. All other purchases can be returned within 30 days of the purchase. All return items must be in unused condition, with tags and packages unopened and show no signs of damage. Failure to provide an unopened or undamaged item voids any return of the product. Return shipping is paid for by the customer and a 10% restocking fee will apply upon return. Items can also be returned in person to our Online Store Department, located at 3974 Route 1 North, Monmouth Junction NJ 08852. All Refunds will be credited back in the order in which the products were paid for. (ex. Credit Card purchase to Credit Card return, etc.)
